About Me
“About me” can’t be explained in a few paragraphs, it’s a life time of personal growth, in which I’ll talk more about in my blog. I’m not a story like a few of my favorite mediums like Kim Russo and John Edwards, they are the elite in a league of their own. I was always very aware at a young age, I felt like I could see into a person’s soul, how they were feeling, if they were an honest person, if you want to label it, I feel it would be considered an empath. I think labeling our natural intuition and putting it in a category is futile. But, to make it easier for people to relate to or explain, labels put things in perspective. We are ALL born with intuition. Growing up in society that has much skepticism or growing up in a family who does not believe and doesn’t nurture the natural born ability allows it to go dormant, like anything else not used.
My interest in missing person case work began back in 2004, me and my husband at the time, took a drive to Jay, Maine, an hour north from where we lived to pick up an Old English sheep dog we had purchased. As we were driving along Main Street, we noticed a young girl’s face posted on the telephone poles. We pulled the car to the side of the road and I got out to read what the poster said, Kim Moreau missing since May 11, 1986. I was immediately drawn to the case and wanted to learn about Kim’s circumstances. The internet was still young at this point, but I was able to find a little information about Kim from her father Richard Moreau, along with his phone number. During this time I was dabbling with the pendulum, asking different questions about Kim’s disappearance, and when I felt I had sufficient information, I called Richard, told him what I had and it resonated with him. He graciously invited me to his home in Jay, we talked for a while and did a ground search, didn’t find Kim, but this was my first official work. In hindsight, I had no business contacting Richard or conducting a search. I realized that even though I came up with information, I was not trained to be doing this work in a professional capacity. I didn’t do anymore missing person case work for thirteen years. I instead focused on being a stay-home-mom to my two daughters. In 2017, a missing person case was on the news about Tina Stadig from Skowhegan, Maine, missing since May 28, 2017, I again had the feeling of being drawn to the case, drawn to Tina, which motivated me to research different on-line classes and got training I needed to do the work. I’ve done ERV sessions on hundreds of cases, countless hours of field work doing ground searches, have had positive confirmations of my work indirectly through helping search teams, colleagues, and the recent discovery of human remains I found in Jay, Maine with a colleague while working on Kim Moreau’s case.
I am grateful we are living in times when intuition is more widely accepted, which allows us to nurture and expand our intuitive abilities. Doing this work brings me much joy in helping people finds answers and continuing to nurture my own intuition. We are always a student no matter how old or accomplished we are.
